Commissioning work

This section contains information about commissioning work. The general guide takes you through the stages in commissioning a piece, however each commission has its own unique circumstances, and I try to be as flexible as possible. Whenever possible, I encourage clients to visit the workshop, although in some cases it is not practical, and it is always possible to work using correspondence by post and email. This sometimes means sending clients samples of stones, or photographs of the stone once it is drawn out. Visitors are welcome both on weekdays and weekends, and I am happy to discuss a project over the phone, or to answer any questions; unlike some large companies, the client will only ever have to speak with me, and this makes the process of commisioning a piece run very smoothly.
